Onsite IT Support for Iowa American Water regional offices in Davenport and Clinton Iowa. This is not a “help-desk” position although the job description sounds like it is. There’s a lot of potential for growth within the company and highlighting experience with remote sensing equipment and/or GIS would likely be advantageous.
Key Requirements: Minimum of 5 yrs of hands-on, IT experience supporting desktop software/ hardware products and problem solving/troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, planning, organizational, time management, critical thinking, and risk assessment skills.
• Strong knowledge and experience related to computer systems, computer peripherals, and technologies.
